The Wakeiseijaku discussion list is open to anyone interested in Japanese tea ceremony, from the person who just wants to learn a little about tea to the diploma-carrying sensei (teacher).  In addition, the discussion list handles questions and discussions in both English and Japanese, and tea people throughout North America and on both sides of the Pacific are eager to hear from you.
